The University of Colorado “crime blotter” for 17 Apr 2007 mentions a male student having been arrested “for Interference with Staff, Faculty, or Students of an Educational Institution”.
According to university police commander Brad Wiesley, as quoted on ABC News, the student was arrested because he “made comments about understanding how someone could kill 32 people”. Witnessed have reportedly quoted the student as expressing anger regarding the physical university environment, such as unpainted walls.
