I have been using the Nutris Health Coach web-based weight control service for two weeks now. The idea is to set your weight target, enter everything you eat and all your exercise, and have the program chart and forecast your progress.
Nutris makes calorie counting easy, since it contains quite a number of meals and snacks as well as forms of physical exercise. Examples of the latter include lying on the bed (0 kcal/h), office work (67 kcal/h), sex (240 kcal/h), and “intensive sex” (333 kcal/h).
During these two weeks, I have lost 2 kg, probably most of all by identifying and avoiding unnecessary high-energy snacks. Some weight loss is probably also due to having entered my password one or two hundred times—for some reason, the login expires in an hour or so. Perhaps the primary target group is people who eat at least once an hour. Other than for this problem, I am happy with the service. The web interface is clunky, but bugs are uncommon.
Have you used Nutris or a similar service? What do you think about them? Please post your comments!

Swiming worked wonders for me. 5 hours of swiming each week worked like crazy and I went to having muscle in under a month.
