The state-controlled Finnish Broadcasting Company yesterday wrote about delays in Elisa’s mobile phone invoicing.
The part about those delays might be true. However, in the same story, the broadcaster also writes that Elisa customers would have been billed twice for the same calls. This allegation seems erroneous, for according to Elisa sources there have been no such complaints.
Anyway, in order to put the above ado into perspective: I today saw a Teliasonera (owned in part by the Finnish and Swedish states) mobile phone invoice that was dated in 4 Jun 2007, but contained phone calls starting from 8 Dec 2006. How’s that for delays in billing…
