The Earth Orientation Center of the IERS has decided that there will not be any leap second at the end of June 2008.
Leap seconds can be introduced at the end of the months of December or June, depending on the difference between UTC and International Atomic Time (TAI). Currently TAI is 33 seconds ahead of UTC.
The IERS is based at the Observatoire de Paris, France.
