Black helicopter department here. Anyone want to guess what this weird item, briefly shown tonight on the news site of the state-owned Finnish Broadcasting Company, might mean?
The word “piippi” is not listed in any of my Finnish dictionaries, but is sometimes used as slang for “beep”.
Your conspiracy theories are welcome, but please make them interesting! For example, “placeholder for intended story about the CIA” would be too obvious. ☺
