OMX issues warning to self, gives contradictory explanation

The disciplinary committee of OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm has found that OMX AB, listed on that exchange up to 2 May 2008, has contravened the exchange’s rules by failing to disclose information. The committee has decided that the company will be given a warning.

Temporary changes in Sweden’s coast radio

The main exchange for the Swedish maritime VHF network is being moved to another location. Because of this work, VHF traffic is instead passed over a backup exchange, with reduced capacity, between 31 March and 6 April 2008.
