Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) has released their official comments on Microsoft’s (NASDAQ: MSFT) bid for Yahoo (NASDAQ: YHOO).
The statement, signed by senior VP and chief legal officer David Drummond, views Microsoft’s bid as hostile.

Microsoft trying to buy Yahoo

Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ: MSFT) today announced that it has made a proposal to the Yahoo Inc. (NASDAQ: YHOO) board of directors to acquire all the outstanding shares of Yahoo common stock for per share consideration of 31 USD (roughly 21 EUR), representing a total equity value of approximately 45 GUSD (around 30 GEUR).
